Pick up Policy
After the order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, including pick up / delivery day, time and location. Should we have to slightly shift the pick up location due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, road blocks, etc.), we will inform you of the new lunchtime brown bag pick up or party platter delivery collection point via whatsapp or sms.
Cancellation and Refund
As we start making preparations for each day’s orders several days ahead, and start working on the dough at least 24 hours before delivery (yes, that’s how long our hand-made natural process takes), we will only be able to refund orders that are cancelled before 12pm one day before pick up / delivery. Just send an sms to 81550371 or whatsapp to +39 3333424020 with your name and the reference number of your order. The refund will be in the form of otiveiL credits valid for any purchase within 2 months of the cancellation date. Orders cancelled after 12pm the day before pick up / delivery will not be refunded.
Should otiveiL not be able to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the entire amount that was paid via bank transfer or in the form of otiveiL credits, according to your preference.
Payments for Lunchtime Brown Bags are processed by Peatix Inc., which in turn counts on PayPal Inc. The PayPal payment service is regarded as a stored value facility under Singapore law.
Payments for Party Platters will be via bank transfer or cash on delivery. 50% of the total price must be paid at least 36 hours before the expected delivery time.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for updates, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: to personalise the user experience; to improve our website in order to better serve you; to better service you; to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature; to quickly process your transactions; to send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
